Uniting a team with a shared passion

Empowering human potential

One of the oldest companies in the U.S., Hanger Orthopedic Group was founded by James Edward Hanger, the Civil War’s first amputee.

Known for prosthetics and orthotics products and its 750+ clinics across the country, the company had recently acquired several businesses to deepen its offering in this important category. Leadership knew that a shared vision for its 9 business units and its employees would be key to its future growth. The challenge, to arrive at something that could have meaning to all. After speaking to product developers, prosthetists, salespeople and more, it became clear that no matter which company or department we asked, all had a personal mission and long-term design to empower human potential.
